This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of the onshore operational team based at our Dimlington gas terminal. Reporting directly to the Onshore Operations Engineer, this position is responsible for supporting all Dimlington terminal work scopes and provides a crucial link to operational planning.

A key element of this role will be working with other members of the Operational Support team to ensure services and material lead times are maintained and managed in line with the plan. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting planned activity progress and contributing to continuous risk management throughout the work scope activity lifecycle, therefore assisting in the wider business strategy.

Working hours are Monday to Friday

Key responsibilities include:

• Attend daily site management meetings and advise of any priority/emergent issues with regards to the site execution plan.
• Manage operations PMR's and issue PM worklists to operations teams each shift cycle.
• Review maintenance report and identify CAP (constrained activity planning) work orders to be included in the CAP plan in liaison with Maintenance lead techs.
• Liaise with local engineering team to co-ordinate project and breakdown activities and mitigate risks to planned activities.
• Manage, co-ordinate and issue weekly updates for the site 4 week execution plan, plan hopper and 12 month activity plan. Highlight any risk to the plan and work with site team to mitigate risks.
• Run weekly site CAP plan meeting.
• Act as focal point to co-ordinate key plant outage campaigns, facilitate readiness review meetings with key colleagues as necessary.
• Manage shutdown tracker and bookies board. Facilitate shutdown meetings and compile and co-ordinate shutdown plans.
• Conduct site surveys to identify task plan requirements.
• Liaise with external service provider management and technical personnel to organise provision of services for both routine maintenance, breakdown, project and shutdown work. Initial review of quotation, method statement and risk assessments.


Experience / Qualifications:

• Proficient in Primavera P6, Maximo MMS and Microsoft office.
• Ability to read and interpret P&ID, electrical distribution diagrams and general arrangement drawings.
• An engineering background
