As a SAP SCM Specialist, you will participate in the solution definition at group level on the different domains used by the company (MM/LE /PS/PM/SD) and the implementation in the different subsidiaries. This role involves understanding business requirements, configuring SAP in the different modules, and providing ongoing support to ensure smooth operations.

On a daily basis, you will be handling tickets submitted through the internal Helpdesk by SCM key users and business teams. In project mode (deployment of new functionalities or new geographical entities), you will be responsible for configuration tasks, training, and startup assistance. You must also ensure the maintenance, in both French and English, of configuration documentation and user support materials.

The job position requires travels to subsidiaries (WAF, LatAm, EU) thus geographical mobility is a pre-requisite, as well as a strong autonomy.

Key Responsibilities :
- System Configuration and Customization:
- Configure SAP MM/LE/PS/PM/SD module settings based on business requirements
- Customize system functionalities to streamline procurement processes, inventory management, and material valuation
- Collaborate with procurement teams to design efficient procurement processes within SAP MM
- Configure procurement documents such as purchase orders, requests for quotation, and contracts

Integration and Support :
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP MM and other SAP modules such as SAP LE (logistic execution / PM (plan Maintenance/ SAP PS (Production System) and SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) / SAP FI (finance modules)
- Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system errors related to SAP
- Conduct user training sessions and develop documentation to promote efficient utilization of SAP MM functionalities
- Coaching to the SCM Junior colleagues.

Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Purchasing, industrial maintenance, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience (5 years) working as an SAP MM Consultant or Specialist
In-depth knowledge of SAP MM module functionalities, configuration, and best practices
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, inventory management principles, and material planning techniques
- Proficiency in SAP ERP system navigation, data analysis, and report generation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
- SAP MM certification (preferred)
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA (preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g., SD, PM, PS) is a plus
- Languages: French and English (Spanish is a plus).
