TAM4 : traitement des créations d’article
- Collecter les requêtes des demandeurs et s’assurer que les codes ne sont pas déjà présents dans la base de données articles,
- Assurer l’interface avec les demandeurs (opérations) pour l’étape de validation de la création de codes articles,
- Enregistrer ou rejeter la création du code article.

TAM4 : gestion de l’amélioration
- Assurer l’interface avec les équipes Creatives pour la mise en place des améliorations,
- Collecter les axes d’amélioration et les suggestions des demandeurs,
- Synthétiser et formuler les propositions.

Harmonisation des bases – Déploiement de TAM4 dans nos filiales en Amérique du Sud
- Identifier les articles identiques entre les différentes régions,
- Réaliser un premier rapprochement des bases pour éviter les doublons avant l’intégration des filiales d'Amérique du Sud
- Faciliter la consolidation des bases de données

Travaux complémentaires
- Analyse des articles non utilisés,
- Définition des attributs techniques par type de produit,
- Suivi du nettoyage des bases articles : idéalement réalisé par les filiales.

Profil candidat
- Étudiant(e) en école d’ingénieur, école de commerce, ou université avec une spécialisation en : Supply Chain, Data management / Data analytics,
- Systèmes d'information (ERP, bases de données)
- Bonne maîtrise d’Excel (tableaux croisés, nettoyage de données, structuration…). La connaissance de Power BI est un plus,
- Connaissance des bases de données et capacité à manipuler des volumes importants d’informations,
- Compétences en synthèse et rédaction de propositions d'amélioration,
- Curiosité, proactivité, sens critique,
- Aisance relationnelle pour collecter les besoins auprès des utilisateurs,

- Examiner les documents de conformité, registres corporatifs, dépôts publics et résultats des screenings de risque

Key Responsibilities Include:
Carry out competent in-house safety studies in support of PUK operations and projects including but not limited to following:

•	Provide safety engineering support for asset modification proposals and identify the appropriate safety studies that should be completed.

Qualifications: Higher technical qualification in engineering field i.e. Process Safety, Chemical or Mechanical. Chartered in mechanical, chemical/process engineering is desirable
Experience: 
2-5 years' experience in Safety Engineering in Oil &amp; Gas Industry. Experience in both design and operation is desirable. Software knowledge MS Office (Word/Excel mandatory), PHAST, PHA-Pro,

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to be an integral part of a multi-skilled team working at our Wytch Farm facility near Corfe Castle, Wareham, Dorset.

Wytch Farm produces from 12 remote well sites, via infield flow lines to a central oil &amp; gas gathering station, where separation, stabilisation, water injection, gas compression/drying/fractionation, oil export, power generation, sales gas export, LPG storage and LPG export takes place. We are currently seeking an Instrument Technician who will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and operational testing of instrument related equipment and systems to ensure efficient, reliable, and safe operation of our production facility.

This role operates on a rotational pattern of 4 X 10.5 hour shifts – 06:45/17:15 (starting alternately on a Monday then Tuesday). The working pattern during projects and shutdowns may change and overtime may be required as circumstances dictate.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Working within a multi-disciplined team to safely operate and maintain our Wytch Farm oilfield within the operational and maintenance procedures. Maximising the plant availability in the processing of oil received from our various well sites

• Maintenance to be completed using the company standards and procedures.
• Complete scheduled and breakdown maintenance activities on the following:
o Safety Systems, Fire &amp; Gas Systems, Flow Measurement Systems
o Pressure, Temperature and Level Control
o Gas Detection
o DCS Systems
o Hydraulic and Pneumatic Control Systems
• Develop and review operational and maintenance procedures
• Completion of Maximo work orders and ensure generation of new work requests to highlight plant and equipment failure

Working as part of the operations team your primary role will be to safely operate the site and prepare for maintenance activities within the operational and maintenance procedures, and to carry out site checks and report any inconsistencies to the Lead Tech/Operations Site Controller. Duties include monitoring, control, and optimisation of the gathering station process operations and well sites to meet HSE and production targets. First line response in emergency situations, support of maintenance and engineering activities.

This role operates on a regular shift pattern of 7 x 12 hour days, 3 off, 7 x 12 hour nights, 18 off. There will be 15 contracted shifts to be worked during the year out with the rotated pattern.  

Key Responsibilities Include:
HSE Performance
•	Conduct audits and safety inputs in line with personal safety commitments 
•	Act as front-line emergency response contact
•	Receive, record, and inform Site Manager and Operations Site Controller of any reported incidents.
•	Monitor safety systems status and report defects/faults.
•	Maintain a good working knowledge of safety, operational and emergency response procedures and know how to locate relevant procedures as the need arises.
•	Minimise unplanned losses to atmosphere.
•	Report any unsafe plant conditions or equipment operating outside its design envelope to the Operations Site Controller 
•	Application and monitoring of overrides.
•	Call out of OSC and IMT and coordination of ESD and EDP systems and initiation of site muster.

Production 
•	Monitor plant performance using trends, respond to alarms appropriately and make adjustments to optimise production throughput and plant efficiency. 
•	Front line fault/alarm/trip investigation
•	Highlight any unusual process deviations or support requests to Operations Site Controller in timely manner.
•	Accurately report the previous days production figures to the Operations Site Controller
•	Proactively look at ways of improving operations and discuss options with Operations Site Controller.  Chase actions to closure
•	Ensure plant operations remain within defined operational limits

Process Safety and Integrity Management
•	Start-up/shutdown of plant and equipment in line with approved operating procedures
•	Maintain up to date override log.
•	Participate in performance improvement initiatives to contribute to continuous improvement of asset

Planning
•	Participate in kick off and scoping meetings for activities as requested by the Operations Site Controller
•	Participate in risk assessments for up and coming work to identify key issues up front
•	Enquire about priorities with Operations Site Controller if activity requests clash.
•	Become competent in the Area Authority role.

Skills &amp; Experience Required:

Mission:
- In charge of maintenance of deck and cargo associated equipments, including structure
- Loading and offloading program under OTS supervision
- In charge of order request and follow up for deck and cargo system
- In charge of inspection and maintenance reports for all deck and cargo system
- Supervision of cargo team (pumpmen) :
Cargo system routine maintenance preparation and follow up
Cargo transfer and handling procedure and follow up

Competency:
- Knowledge of class and international and rules applicable to F(P)SO
- Operational control of trim, stability and stress, including in case of structural damage
- Operational handling of cargo (Inert gas system, venting system, cargo pump…)
- Knowledge of F(P)SO construction, inspection and reporting of structural defects
- Monitor and control safe practices
- Knowledge of interrelationship between marine operation and specific production activities.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
- Basic safety training
- Advanced fire fighting training
- Survival craft training
- Oil tanker training program qualification (STCW A-V 1-1-2)

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to be an integral part of a multi-skilled team working at our Wytch Farm facility near Corfe Castle, Wareham, Dorset.

Wytch Farm produces from 12 remote well sites, via infield flow lines to a central oil &amp; gas gathering station, where separation, stabilisation, water injection, gas compression/drying/fractionation, oil export, power generation, sales gas export, LPG storage and LPG export takes place. We are currently seeking an Instrument Technician who will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and operational testing of instrument related equipment and systems to ensure efficient, reliable, and safe operation of our production facility.

This role operates on a rotational pattern of 4 X 10.5 hour shifts – 06:45/17:15 (starting alternately on a Monday then Tuesday). The working pattern during projects and shutdowns may change and overtime may be required as circumstances dictate.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Working within a multi-disciplined team to safely operate and maintain our Wytch Farm oilfield within the operational and maintenance procedures. Maximising the plant availability in the processing of oil received from our various well sites

• Maintenance to be completed using the company standards and procedures.
• Complete scheduled and breakdown maintenance activities on the following:
 o Safety Systems, Fire &amp; Gas Systems, Flow Measurement Systems
 o Pressure, Temperature and Level Control
 o Gas Detection
 o DCS Systems
 o Hydraulic and Pneumatic Control Systems
• Develop and review operational and maintenance procedures
• Completion of Maximo work orders and ensure generation of new work requests to highlight plant and equipment failure
• Raise relevant permits within the agreed time period to ensure that maintenance is completed in an efficient manner.
• Provide assistance for projects, working with vendors and sub-contractors as required
• Comply with the requirements of Change Management policies e.g. Plant Modifications Proposals
• Employ Perenco Observation Safety Techniques (POST) to report safe and unsafe acts
• Actively participate in a responsible waste management system
• Attend and participate in the Operations shift meetings
• Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to and actively promoted at all times

Mission Principale :

1.	Supervision des Équipes :

Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes techniques complexes liés aux équipements de contrôle et de sécurité,
Optimiser les performances des systèmes pour minimiser les temps d'arrêt et maximiser la productivité.

3.	Gestion des Projets :
Participer à la conception, à l'installation et à la mise en service de nouveaux systèmes d'instrumentation et d'automatisation,
Piloter des projets d'amélioration ou de modernisation des installations existantes,

4.	Conformité et Sécurité :
S'assurer que les systèmes respectent les normes strictes du secteur Oil &amp; Gas (ex : API, ISO, CEI, ATEX,),

Réaliser des audits techniques et des rapports conformes aux réglementations en vigueur.

5.	Support Technique et Veille Technologique :

VOS MISSIONS :

Au sein du département Supply Chain Management et rattaché(e) au Responsable Achats, vous avez la charge de l'achat et l'approvisionnement de matières premières, de produits, d'équipements et de services. -	Assurer le sourcing de fournisseurs et la finalisation des listes de soumissionnaires

-	Lancer les appels d'offres et sélectionner le(s) fournisseur(s) aux conditions optimales (délais, qualité, coûts, engagements éthiques, stratégie de l'entreprise)

-	En liaison avec les clients internes, répondre aux demandes de clarifications, évaluer et négocier les propositions, puis présenter les recommandations d'attribution au management à travers la création de(s) commande(s) dans l'outil ERP (SAP)

-	Gérer et suivre les commandes d'achats (ARC, mise à jour des dates de livraison, etc)

-	Assurer le suivi des engagements contractuels (délais de livraison, de paiement)

-	Effectuer le reporting de l'activité achats auprès du management

-	Assister le Responsable Achats dans la conduite du Service Achats au quotidien (communication auprès des fournisseurs et des clients internes, optimisation des processus d'achats et d'approvisionnements, etc)

-	En phase de lancement d'appels d'offres, vous assurer que le dossier énonce clairement nos exigences HSE 

-	Vous assurer, dans le cadre de la sélection des offres, que ces dernières intègrent à minima les standards du groupe en matière HSE 


PROFIL RECHERCHE :

- Formation de niveau Bac +4/5 : Idéalement profil Ingénieur – ou formation Supply Chain

- Minimum 6 années d'expérience dans un poste similaire

- Bonne expérience de l'achat de matériels et de services dans un
environnement industriel (idéalement premières expériences au sein d'un opérateur/société de services pétroliers, ou tout autre secteur industriel)

- Maîtrise des notions clefs dans les achats (négociation, responsabilités, logistique internationale)

- Excellentes qualités rédactionnelles, bonnes capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et de présentation

- Connaissances des problématiques liées au transit

- Une expérience avec SAP est obligatoire, bonne maitrise du Pack Office

- Bilingue anglais (oral et écrit)

- Sens du détail et rigueur indispensables
