This is a great opportunity to join Perenco’s maintenance team based at Wytch farm, Dorset.  The successful candidate shall work as part of a team to manage the maintenance and operational monitoring of mechanical equipment to ensure safe, environmentally sound, reliable, and efficient operation of the Wytch Farm production facility.

This position operates on a rotational pattern of 4 X 10.5 hr shifts – 06:45/17:15. (Starting alternately on a Monday then Tuesday).  

Key Responsibilities Include:

•	Plan and execute scheduled preventive and breakdown maintenance activities on the
following: 
o	Machinery (including pumps, compressors, combustion engines, fin fans, gearboxes) and associated auxiliary equipment and systems (including fuel, air and water utilities, sealing and lubrication systems etc.)
o	Hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
o	Piping systems, including PSVs, valves, filters, and associated equipment
•	Carry out all activities to company standards and procedures
•	Raise relevant permits within the agreed time period
•	Report relevant maintenance data for reliability analysis
•	Participate in failure investigations and identify reliability issues
•	Generate new work requests to highlight plant and equipment faults
•	Develop and review operational and maintenance procedures
•	Provide input and assistance for new projects including commissioning work
•	Work with vendors and sub-contractors as required
•	Promote high HSE standards and demonstrate responsibility for the safety of self and others minimising impact on production, and maximising plant availability
•	Employ Perenco Observation Safety Techniques (POST) to report safe and unsafe acts
•	Actively participate in a responsible waste management system
•	Attend and participate in the Operations morning shift meeting
•	Comply with requirements of MOC for Plant Modifications
•	Apply skills and knowledge in a practical and efficient manner and continually look for opportunities for improvement, cost saving and simplification

Nous recherchons un Onboarding &amp; compliance officer rigoureux(se), expérimenté et méthodique pour soutenir nos équipes de conformité et commerciales dans l'évaluation des risques financiers, juridiques, sanctions et réputationnels liés à nos contreparties à travers la chaîne de valeur Oil &amp; Gas. 
Rôle clé pour garantir que tous les fournisseurs, prestataires de services et partenaires respectent nos standards en matière de risque, de conformité et d'éthique.

Responsabilités principales
- Réaliser des vérifications KYC/KYP 
- Traiter les informations des cabinets d'analyse de risques et en analyser la due diligence
- Évaluer la stabilité financière, la structure de propriété, les expositions aux sanctions, les risques de personnes politiquement exposées (PEP) et les risques de réputation
- Examiner les documents de conformité, registres corporatifs, dépôts publics et résultats des screenings de risque
- Assurer une veille continue sur les contreparties et escalader les signaux d'alerte conformément aux politiques de conformité et aux protocoles de gestion des risques.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes (juridique, conformité, trading, achats, HSE) pour collecter et valider les informations pertinentes
- Préparer des synthèses d'évaluation des risques claires et des recommandations pour les décisions d'onboarding
- Maintenir des dossiers précis, complets et auditables de toutes les activités de due diligence, décisions et validations
- Fournir un accompagnement aux parties prenantes internes sur les risques liés aux contreparties et les obligations de conformité

Expérience requise
- 2–5 ans (ou plus) d'expérience en due diligence, conformité, analyse de risque crédit ou risk management — idéalement dans l'oil &amp; gas, le trading de matières premières ou les services financiers
- Connaissance des régimes de sanctions internationaux (OFAC, UE, UK HMT, ONU, FR), des normes anti-corruption (FCPA, UK Bribery Act, Loi Sapin II) et des réglementations AML.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Compétences &amp; aptitudes
- Excellentes capacités d'analyse et d'investigation
- Aptitude à identifier les red flags et à prendre des décisions fondées sur le risque
- Maîtrise des bases de données de due diligence (World-Check, Dow Jones, LexisNexis…)
- Très bonnes compétences en communication écrite et orale
- Maîtrise de l'anglais 
- Grande attention au détail et capacité à gérer des informations sensibles
- Une compréhension des opérations commerciales, des flux de trading et des dynamiques supply chain dans l'oil &amp; gas est un plus.&lt;br /&gt;

Perenco is a leading independent Oil &amp; Gas company operating across the globe. This unique opportunity is available in our UK subsidiary which is one of the largest gas operators in the Southern North Sea.

This position is responsible for the provision of safety engineering support to the SNS operation and projects. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with UK QSHE legislation, codes of practice, guidelines, industry standards and best practice.

This role is based at our Norwich office, working Monday to Friday. 

Key Responsibilities Include:
Carry out competent in-house safety studies in support of PUK operations and projects including but not limited to following:

•	Charing and facilitating safety studies such as Total Risk Management, HAZID, Bowtie, ALARP 
•	Development of Barrier Diagrams (Bowties)
•	Consequence modelling using DNV GL PHAST or Gexcon FLACS
•	Hydraulics analysis on firewater system using Pipenet
•	Mini Quantitative Risk Assessments (QRA) including Event and Fault Tree development
•	Hazardous Area Classification
•	Fire and Explosion Risk Assessment
•	Smoke and Gas Ingress Analysis
•	Escape, Evacuation and Rescue Assessment
•	Occupied Building Risk Assessment
•	Firewater System Design Upgrade
•	Safety Case Material Change Assessment

Preparing the scope of requirements, commissioning, managing and reviewing technical safety studies from competent contractors in support of operations and projects including but not limited to following: 

•	QRA and Cost Benefit Analysis
•	Quantitative/Qualitative Safety Critical System Impairment Assessment
•	Provide safety engineering support for asset modification proposals and identify the appropriate safety studies that should be completed. 
•	Engage with operations and projects to ensure that all necessary regulatory requirements and approved codes of practice are identified, permits obtained, and conditions complied with. 
•	Provide coaching, guidance and advice to operations, engineering and other support teams to ensure compliance with applicable legislation such as COMAH, OSDR/SCR, PFEER, DSEAR, DCR, PSR and PSSR. 
•	Maintain current in changes to HSE legislations, codes, guidelines and industry standards, interpreting these changes and assisting in the development of actions to meet such requirements.
•	Developing philosophies, strategies, procedures and guidelines for implementing above requirements 
•	Provide support to others within the team to ensure PUK requirements under Safety Case Regulations (SCR) and COMAH Regulations are achieved, including maintenance of documentation up to date and providing support and input to the periodic reviews (i.e. SCR Thorough Review Programme and COMAH 5-yearly resubmission).
•	Identifying opportunities and efficiencies to improve overall safety standards and performance throughout the SNS Operation &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Qualifications: Higher technical qualification in engineering field i.e. Process Safety, Chemical or Mechanical. Chartered in mechanical, chemical/process engineering is desirable
Experience: 
2-5 years' experience in Safety Engineering in Oil &amp; Gas Industry. Experience in both design and operation is desirable. Software knowledge MS Office (Word/Excel mandatory), PHAST, PHA-Pro,

Ability to prepare technical reports and letters, working to deadlines, organised and methodical, ability to interact with Senior Management and regulatory bodies, Technically Confident
