Key Responsibilities Include: 

•	Provide administrative support to the HSE team, including record keeping, document control, and data entry.
•	Assist with the preparation, review, and distribution of HSE documentation such as procedures, risk assessments, and method statements.
•	Support incident, near miss and hazard reporting, including data collation and trend analysis.
•	Assist with site inspections, audits and safety tours under supervision.
•	Support the coordination of HSE meetings, inductions, and training sessions.
•	Maintain HSE databases, registers, and compliance trackers.
•	Assist with environmental monitoring, waste management records, and regulatory reporting.
•	Promote positive HSE behaviours and awareness across the site.
•	Work towards recognised HSE qualifications as part of the apprenticeship programme.
•	Undertake any other reasonable duties to support the HSE function.

- Simulations HYSYS avec prétraitement (AGRU, dehydration, etc.), liquéfaction (SMR, N2, Feed gas), BOG

- Dimensionnement d'équipements et rédaction documentaire technique en préparation d'appels d'offres (Case Study, PFD, PSD, MSD, P&amp;IDs, datasheets, etc.)
- Participation aux revues process (HAZOP / HAZID), 3D, Layout, ESD Logic, etc.
- Suivi de fabrication d'équipements process (Expander, séparateurs, skids, compresseurs, pompes, etc.)
- Démarrage et support technique en exploitation sur des sites de LNG.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
- Expérience requise de 5/10 ans dans l'oil &amp; gas, dont minimum 3 ans dans le LNG
Process et/ou Exploitation avec au minimum un poste sur site de production (commissioning, démarrage ou opération)
- Solides connaissances en procédés Oil &amp; Gas et LNG
- Connaissances en piping, instrumentation, process safety sont un plus

Responsabilités principales
- Réaliser des vérifications KYC/KYP 
- Traiter les informations des cabinets d'analyse de risques et en analyser la due diligence
- Évaluer la stabilité financière, la structure de propriété, les expositions aux sanctions, les risques de personnes politiquement exposées (PEP) et les risques de réputation
- Examiner les documents de conformité, registres corporatifs, dépôts publics et résultats des screenings de risque
- Assurer une veille continue sur les contreparties et escalader les signaux d'alerte conformément aux politiques de conformité et aux protocoles de gestion des risques.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes (juridique, conformité, trading, achats, HSE) pour collecter et valider les informations pertinentes
- Préparer des synthèses d'évaluation des risques claires et des recommandations pour les décisions d'onboarding
- Maintenir des dossiers précis, complets et auditables de toutes les activités de due diligence, décisions et validations
- Fournir un accompagnement aux parties prenantes internes sur les risques liés aux contreparties et les obligations de conformité

Expérience requise
- 2–5 ans (ou plus) d'expérience en due diligence, conformité, analyse de risque crédit ou risk management — idéalement dans l'oil &amp; gas, le trading de matières premières ou les services financiers
- Connaissance des régimes de sanctions internationaux (OFAC, UE, UK HMT, ONU, FR), des normes anti-corruption (FCPA, UK Bribery Act, Loi Sapin II) et des réglementations AML.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Compétences &amp; aptitudes
- Excellentes capacités d'analyse et d'investigation
- Aptitude à identifier les red flags et à prendre des décisions fondées sur le risque
- Maîtrise des bases de données de due diligence (World-Check, Dow Jones, LexisNexis…)
- Très bonnes compétences en communication écrite et orale
- Maîtrise de l'anglais

Wytch Farm produces from 12 remote well sites, via infield flow lines to a central oil &amp; gas gathering station, where separation, stabilisation, water injection, gas compression/drying/fractionation, oil export, power generation, sales gas export, LPG storage and LPG export takes place. We are currently seeking an Instrument Technician who will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and operational testing of instrument related equipment and systems to ensure efficient, reliable, and safe operation of our production facility.

This role operates on a rotational pattern of 4 X 10.5 hour shifts – 06:45/17:15 (starting alternately on a Monday then Tuesday). The working pattern during projects and shutdowns may change and overtime may be required as circumstances dictate.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Working within a multi-disciplined team to safely operate and maintain our Wytch Farm oilfield within the operational and maintenance procedures. Maximising the plant availability in the processing of oil received from our various well sites

• Maintenance to be completed using the company standards and procedures.
• Complete scheduled and breakdown maintenance activities on the following:
o Safety Systems, Fire &amp; Gas Systems, Flow Measurement Systems
o Pressure, Temperature and Level Control

Working as part of the operations team your primary role will be to safely operate the site and prepare for maintenance activities within the operational and maintenance procedures, and to carry out site checks and report any inconsistencies to the Lead Tech/Operations Site Controller. Duties include monitoring, control, and optimisation of the gathering station process operations and well sites to meet HSE and production targets. First line response in emergency situations, support of maintenance and engineering activities.

This role operates on a regular shift pattern of 7 x 12 hour days, 3 off, 7 x 12 hour nights, 18 off. There will be 15 contracted shifts to be worked during the year out with the rotated pattern.  

Key Responsibilities Include:
HSE Performance
•	Conduct audits and safety inputs in line with personal safety commitments 
•	Act as front-line emergency response contact
•	Receive, record, and inform Site Manager and Operations Site Controller of any reported incidents.
•	Monitor safety systems status and report defects/faults.
•	Maintain a good working knowledge of safety, operational and emergency response procedures and know how to locate relevant procedures as the need arises.
•	Minimise unplanned losses to atmosphere.
•	Report any unsafe plant conditions or equipment operating outside its design envelope to the Operations Site Controller 
•	Application and monitoring of overrides.
•	Call out of OSC and IMT and coordination of ESD and EDP systems and initiation of site muster.

Production 
•	Monitor plant performance using trends, respond to alarms appropriately and make adjustments to optimise production throughput and plant efficiency. 
•	Front line fault/alarm/trip investigation
•	Highlight any unusual process deviations or support requests to Operations Site Controller in timely manner.
•	Accurately report the previous days production figures to the Operations Site Controller
•	Proactively look at ways of improving operations and discuss options with Operations Site Controller.  Chase actions to closure
•	Ensure plant operations remain within defined operational limits

Process Safety and Integrity Management
•	Start-up/shutdown of plant and equipment in line with approved operating procedures
•	Maintain up to date override log.
•	Participate in performance improvement initiatives to contribute to continuous improvement of asset

Planning
•	Participate in kick off and scoping meetings for activities as requested by the Operations Site Controller
•	Participate in risk assessments for up and coming work to identify key issues up front
•	Enquire about priorities with Operations Site Controller if activity requests clash.
•	Become competent in the Area Authority role.

There are a number of Safety Critical Tasks that you will be made aware of and systems you will be required to competently operate

Skills &amp; Experience Required: 
•	At least 5 years’ experience as a production technician or equivalent.  
•	A recognised process apprenticeship would be desirable but not essential.  
•	A good level of basic education, especially Math’s, Science and computer literacy is essential. 
•	Extensive knowledge of control room equipment and site emergency response procedures.

VOS MISSIONS : 

Rattaché(e) à la Direction SCM et sous la supervision de la Responsable contrats, vous menez la négociation et le suivi de la bonne exécution des contrats. Vous travaillez en lien étroit avec les départements techniques et le pôle juridique afin de mener à bien les missions ci-dessous :

- Analyser les demandes exprimées par les clients internes, participer à la finalisation du cahier des charges et constituer les dossiers d'appels d'offres

- Assurer le sourcing de fournisseurs, le processus de préqualification et la finalisation des listes de soumissionnaires

- Lancer les CFTs

- En liaison avec les clients internes, répondre aux demandes de clarifications, évaluer et négocier les propositions, puis présenter les recommandations d'attribution au management

- Finaliser les accords pour signature

- Créer les contrats et les call-offs orders dans SAP, émettre les avenants et préparer les work orders

- Gérer l'archivage (physique &amp; numérique) des contrats signés et de l'ensemble des documents issus de l'appel d'offres

- Assurer le suivi des engagements contractuels, ainsi que leur renouvellement

- En phase d'appel d'offres, vous faites en sorte que le dossier énonce clairement nos exigences HSE et que l'offre sélectionnée intègre les standards HSE du groupe

- Vous vous assurez que le contrat reprend les exigences HSE énoncées dans l'appel d'offres


PROFIL RECHERCHE :

- Formation de niveau Bac +4/5 : idéalement profil Ingénieur – ou formation Droit / Commerce

- Minimum 5 années d'expérience dans un poste similaire 

- Bonne expérience des contrats de services et d'opérations dans un environnement industriel (idéalement premières

- Expérience au sein de l'industrie pétrolière, ou autre secteur industriel)

- Maîtrise des notions juridiques clefs dans les contrats (responsabilités, assurances, garanties, taxes, etc.)

- Excellentes qualités rédactionnelles

- Bonnes capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et de présentation

- Sens de la négociation

- Connaissances des problématiques liées au transit

- Une expérience avec SAP serait un avantage

- Bilingue français et anglais (oral et écrit)

- Sens du détail et rigueur indispensables

- Proactivité et force de proposition

VOS MISSIONS :

Au sein du département Supply Chain Management et rattaché(e) au Responsable Achats, vous avez la charge de l'achat et l'approvisionnement de matières premières, de produits, d'équipements et de services. Vous travaillerez en lien étroit avec les départements techniques afin de mener à bien les missions ci-dessous :

En collaboration avec les départements techniques de la filiale (Projets, Forage, Production, Maintenance, HSE, SCM, etc.), vous devrez : 
-	Analyser les demandes exprimées par les clients internes dans SAP et participer à la finalisation du cahier des charges pour constituer les dossiers d'appels d'offres,

-	Assurer le sourcing de fournisseurs et la finalisation des listes de soumissionnaires

-	Lancer les appels d'offres et sélectionner le(s) fournisseur(s) aux conditions optimales (délais, qualité, coûts, engagements éthiques, stratégie de l'entreprise)

-	En liaison avec les clients internes, répondre aux demandes de clarifications, évaluer et négocier les propositions, puis présenter les recommandations d'attribution au management à travers la création de(s) commande(s) dans l'outil ERP (SAP)

-	Gérer et suivre les commandes d'achats (ARC, mise à jour des dates de livraison, etc)

-	Assurer le suivi des engagements contractuels (délais de livraison, de paiement)

-	Effectuer le reporting de l'activité achats auprès du management

-	Assister le Responsable Achats dans la conduite du Service Achats au quotidien (communication auprès des fournisseurs et des clients internes, optimisation des processus d'achats et d'approvisionnements, etc)

-	En phase de lancement d'appels d'offres, vous assurer que le dossier énonce clairement nos exigences HSE 

-	Vous assurer, dans le cadre de la sélection des offres, que ces dernières intègrent à minima les standards du groupe en matière HSE 


PROFIL RECHERCHE :

- Bonne expérience de l'achat de matériels et de services dans un
environnement industriel (idéalement premières expériences au sein d'un opérateur/société de services pétroliers, ou tout autre secteur industriel)

- Maîtrise des notions clefs dans les achats (négociation, responsabilités, logistique internationale)

- Excellentes qualités rédactionnelles, bonnes capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et de présentation

- Connaissances des problématiques liées au transit

- Une expérience avec SAP est obligatoire, bonne maitrise du Pack Office

- Bilingue anglais (oral et écrit)

- Sens du détail et rigueur indispensables
